Cancellation Policy

We hope that no one needs to cancel their place on the course as it is so popular.  However we appreciate that there may be exceptional circumstances when this may need to happen.  We therefore can offer the following:

Up to one week prior to the course (ie up to 9.00am on the Saturday a week prior to the course):

  • Free transfer to the next course which will be run in the next 8 months, prior to the next March/October exam sitting

  • Return of course fee with the exception of £50 which will be retained by CPCR as an admin fee.  Please note in this circumstance, where this incurs bank charges you will be responsible for payment of these and not CPCR

Within 1 week of the course (ie after 9am on the Saturday a week prior to the course):

  • No refund available.  You will though, still be sent the course material and link

Booking / Payment Policy

Payment is required within the timeframe stipulated within the email with payment details generated by the Business Manager.

Please complete the following steps:

1) Book your place by completing the on line form

2) Email will be sent to you at the registered address by the Business Manager with details of payment

3) In a majority of cases and where possible, a text message will also be sent to prompt you to look for the payment email

3) Upon sending this, payment due within 7 days. 

4) Places will be cancelled after 2 weeks of original email requesting payment if no payment is received

5) If place still wanted after this time, further completion of booking form is required and the process will start again
